With almond-shaped eye apertures, faint symbols surrounding the eyes and continuing through the cheeks and alongside the corners of the mouth.

Broken into fragments and reconstructed, with minor losses along the breaks; stone yellowed and stained, with minor pitting.

In the Philadelphia-based collection of George Anderson until 1969. Sold to Henry Clarkson in New York in 1972, where it remained until his collection was dispersed in 1989.
